What if I'm experiencing a technical problem or bug?

If you happen to find a bug, please try the following...


1. Ensure you’re on a laptop or desktop computer running Windows or Mac OS X. The Graphic Design Studio does not run on mobile devices or non Windows/Mac operating systems.


2. Upgrade to the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you’re using an outdated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, certain functions might not work properly. We highly recommend keeping your browser up to date.


3. Clear your browsing history including your cache. This will make sure everything is up to date, and you're seeing the latest changes pushed to production.


4. Disable your AdBlocker and/or browser extensions. Certain AdBlockers and browser extensions (Grammarly being one of them) may interfere with the Graphic Design Studio. Try disabling them and see if that resolves the issue.


5. Try a different browser. Sometimes there may be issues with your browser settings. Using a different browser will help rule this out.
